These terms govern use of the Adanson Data Index service (“we”, “us”). Adanson Data Index provides independent market data and analysis to organisations by agreement. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.

Access

The service is provided by invitation and under agreement with the organisations we work with. Access may be suspended or withdrawn if these terms are breached or the agreement ends.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly at team@adansonindex.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Unless agreed with us in writing, you must not:

• scrape, copy in bulk, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the service’s data or software;
• resell, redistribute or publish the service’s outputs;
• use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.

Data and indicators

The service is provided “as is”. We take care over accuracy but do not guarantee that information is complete, current or error-free. Any indicator the service shows is an observation that something may merit checking. It is not a finding or a legal determination, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

Intellectual property

The service, its software and its outputs belong to Adanson Data Index or its licensors. You may use outputs only for the purposes agreed with us.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
